  • UK Coverage: Greater Manchester Candidates will be interviewed Face to face, if we this cannot happen due to locality we will inform you as a business.

  • All candidates will get a 10-15 minute free motivational coaching session given to all candidates to help create a personality snapshot. A snapshot that will capture the individuals passion for the role & motivations and strengths

We will aim to interview all candidates face to face regardless of the role and if any point this cannot be achieved, we will be honest and inform you which will be outlined on the individuals snapshot when presented.  We will not rush this process we value our clients and candidates, and this has shown in our current successful recruitment business to date. We will not assume what you require we will ask and have a detailed chat, we realise time is of the essence but in order for us to get it right we will gather as much information about your recruitment, service and clients so we can find you the right fit.
